Cold email for the agent era

Cold email with an agent on watch.

You send the outreach. An AI agent reads every reply, sorts it and drafts your answer in your voice. It's the cheapest way to start: you pay for what you send.

Access opens in small groups. One email when your seat is ready, nothing else.

Good timing, we’re redoing onboarding this month.

Do you write the script or do we? And could it be ready before the 28th?

Question

Asks who writes the script and whether it can be ready before the 28th.

Drafted by the agent. Edit anything before you send.

Hi Priya, We write the script, and you approve it before we record anything. The 28th works: five working days from an approved script. How many videos are you thinking of? Maya
Send Sent. You approved it.

  • Reads

every reply, the minute it lands

  • Drafts

    your answer, in your voice

  • Sends

only what you allow it to

  • Costs

less to start, less again as you grow

Log 01How it works

From a list of names to a conversation.

Four steps. If you've never sent a cold email before, this is all there is to it.

  1. 01

Bring the people you want to reach

Paste a list or upload a spreadsheet. Addresses that could never be delivered are caught before you send, not after.

  2. 02

    Write the emails once

A first email and the follow-ups, with each person’s name and company filled in. Try two versions of an opener and see which one gets answers.

  3. 03

It sends at a human pace

A few at a time, inside the hours you choose. Follow-ups stop the moment someone replies, and you can have a campaign pause itself when too much is bouncing.

  4. 04

The agent works what comes back

Every reply is read, labelled and, when it needs one, answered with a draft. You open the inbox to decisions, not to a pile.

A campaign, from the list to its results to the emails themselves.

Log 02The agent

Replies are the job. The agent does the reading.

Sending was never the hard part. Answering forty different replies before they go cold is. So each one arrives already understood, with an answer waiting. You read, fix a word, send, next.

What it does with each kind of reply

Interested
Drafts the next step in your voice.
Wants to talk
Drafts a reply with your booking link. It can send that one itself, if you allow it.
Question
Answers from what you told it about your offer.
Objection
Drafts an answer to the actual worry, for you to check.
Not now
Parks the conversation and brings it back later, with a check-in drafted.
Referral
Notes who they pointed to and offers to add them. It never adds a person on its own.
Out of office
Holds that person’s next email until they are back.
Remove me
Stops, and puts them on your do-not-contact list.

The same inbox on your phone. Clear it from the queue for coffee.

Log 03Who is in charge

You decide how far it goes.

Out of the box the agent only drafts. Nothing a prospect can read leaves without you, until you say which kinds of reply it may answer by itself.

Autopilot

The agent reads and labels every reply. It writes nothing.

It also writes an answer for every reply that needs one. You send them. This is how it starts.

For the kinds of reply you pick, it sends the answer itself after a short wait. Everything else stays a draft.

  • Wants to talk Jonas, Harborline Labelled Draft ready Sent after 10 min
  • Question Priya, Quillstack Labelled Draft ready Draft ready
  • Objection Leila, Emberdesk Labelled Draft ready Draft ready
  • Not interested Camille, Orbitmint Labelled No answer needed No answer needed
  • A no is never argued with. Refusals, removal requests and anything unclear are never answered automatically.
  • A pause before it sends. Automatic answers wait a few minutes first, so you can still cancel one.
  • It knows when to stop. After a couple of automatic answers in one conversation, it hands back to you.
  • It can't be talked into things. A reply that tries to give the agent orders is left for you.
  • Everything is on the record. What it read, drafted, sent or held is written down where you can check it.

And every morning, one screen

Who is waiting on you, how many answers are already drafted, what went out, who wrote back, and what the agent did while you were away. Thirty seconds, then you know your day.

Ask the agent. Or bring your own.

Most tools give you buttons and bolt a chatbot on the side. Here, anything you can do with a click, an agent can do for you: the one built in, or the AI assistant you already use.

The one built in

Ask in plain words: who to answer first, which campaign is working, what to change. It looks things up, tells you what it found, and asks before anything is sent or removed.

The one you already have

arctic.email speaks MCP, the standard plug that lets an AI assistant such as Claude use an app on your behalf. Connect yours once and run your outreach from the same chat where you do everything else.

Your AI assistant Example

You Set up a campaign for the 40 studios in studios.csv. Three short emails, friendly. Don't send anything yet.

  • create_campaign Design studios, autumn
  • bulk_add_leads 38 added, 2 skipped (addresses that can’t receive mail)
  • update_sequence 3 emails, 3 and 5 days apart
  • check_campaign_readiness ready to launch

Assistant Done. It's saved as a draft with 38 people and three emails. Want to read them before I switch it on?

The cheapest way to start cold email.

Most outreach tools want a monthly plan before you have sent a single email. That's a strange deal when all you want is to find out whether cold email works for you.

  • A
Pay for what you send. Try a small first batch for very little, with no subscription to sign first.
  • B
Cheaper as you grow. The more you send, the less each email costs.
  • C
No table to decode. We're still settling the exact prices. Join the list and you'll see them before you spend anything.

The honest answers.

What is arctic.email?

arctic.email is cold email software with an AI agent built in. You add the people you want to reach and write a short sequence of emails. It sends them at a careful pace, then the agent reads every reply, labels it and drafts your answer, so you spend your time on conversations instead of sorting an inbox.

Will the agent send emails without me knowing?

Not unless you tell it to. By default it only drafts: every answer waits in your inbox for you to read, edit and send. If you want, you can let it answer specific kinds of reply by itself, such as meeting requests. Even then it waits a few minutes first so you can cancel, it stops after a couple of automatic answers in one conversation, and everything it does is logged.

Will my emails land in spam?

Nobody can honestly promise they won’t, and you should be wary of any tool that does. What we do: handle the sending setup for you, send at a human pace inside the hours you choose, catch addresses that can’t receive mail before you send, and can pause a campaign for you when too much is bouncing. What you do matters just as much: write to people who have a reason to care, keep it short, and make it easy to say no.

I have never sent a cold email. Is this for me?

Yes, that is who it is built for. There are four steps: add your list, write the emails, switch the campaign on, answer the replies. The agent can also help you write the sequence and tell you what to fix before you launch.

How much does it cost?

Exact prices are not final yet, so we won’t print numbers we might change. The shape is settled: you pay for what you send rather than for a monthly plan, a small first batch costs very little, and the price per email goes down as you send more. Everyone on the list sees the prices before spending anything.

Is it really the cheapest way to start?

That is the goal we are building towards: the lowest cost of sending your first cold emails with a real tool. We will publish prices openly so you can compare for yourself. If you find a cheaper way to start that works as well, tell us.

What is MCP, and do I need it?

You don’t need it. MCP is a standard way for an AI assistant, such as Claude, to use an app on your behalf. If you already work with an assistant, you can connect it and run your outreach from there: build campaigns, add people, read and answer replies. If you don’t, everything works from the dashboard and the built-in agent.

Do I need anything technical to get started?

You need a list of people to write to and a domain name to send from. We recommend a separate one from your main address. Connecting the domain is guided, and the dashboard checks that it is set up correctly before you send.

Is cold email legal?

In many countries, emailing a business contact about something relevant to their work is allowed if you say who you are and let them opt out. The rules differ by country and some are stricter, so check the ones that apply to you and the people you write to. arctic.email can add an unsubscribe option to every email, and anyone who asks to be removed is put on a do-not-contact list that every campaign respects.

When can I get in?

We are opening access to small groups so that everyone gets a good start. Leave your email and you will get one message when there is a seat for you.

Leave your email. We'll signal when there's a seat.

We're letting people in a few at a time, so everyone gets a proper start.
